Draft — provisional, prototype

This explains what PLAZA collects and why. PLAZA is operated by Celaya Solutions Research (“CSR”).

Searching without an account

You can search and browse anonymously. We don’t require an account to use the directory and we don’t sell personal data.

Business listing data

Listings are built from public sources (such as OpenStreetMap and public records). If your business appears and you’d rather it didn’t, use Request removal — verified removals are added to a suppression list so the daily refresh won’t re-add them.

Owner accounts

When an owner claims a listing we collect the email used to sign in, the proof of ownership provided (phone, domain email, or document), and billing details handled by our payment processor. We use these only to operate your account and listing.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell the people who search PLAZA. Demand is the asset, so the consumer side stays open and unmonetized.
