How PLAZA works
The short version
PLAZA is a directory of every business in the El Paso region, searched by an AI matching agent. You describe what you need in plain language; the agent reads the directory and returns the businesses that fit — ranked on fit and rating, never on who paid.
1. The feed already exists
We build the directory from public sources, so on day one every business is already listed and findable. Owners don’t have to sign up for their business to appear.
2. Search is free, for everyone
Anyone can search and browse without an account. Businesses fund the feed, never the people searching it.
3. Owners claim and verify
For five cents a day, an owner claims their listing, proves they control it, and unlocks the full profile: editing, photos, a walkthrough video, reviews, and lead alerts. See pricing →
4. The agent matches on fit
When a customer describes a need, the matching agent ranks listings on relevance and rating. Verified listings are preferred only when fit is equal — there is no pay-to-rank.
